EcoBullet 9mm 115gr TMJ is our everyday training round for high-volume range sessions, drills, matches, and plinking. It shoots like the 115 grain range ammo you already know, with one difference that matters at an indoor range: less lead in the air where you're breathing.
What is lead-free, and what isn't
The primer is lead-free, so no lead styphnate goes into the smoke at ignition. The bullet has a lead core, fully enclosed in a total metal jacket (TMJ), base included, so hot propellant gas can't strip lead off an exposed base. Those are the two main sources of airborne lead at the firing line. It isn't a nonlead bullet, and it isn't a hunting load.
How it shoots
Loaded to SAAMI specifications for 9mm Luger, at about 1,150 fps and 350 ft-lbs. It runs in standard 9mm pistols and pistol-caliber carbines, from compacts to full-size pistols. In a third-party review by the GBGuns channel, tested in five pistols with 3 to 11 inch barrels, the reviewer reported reliable function and consistency comparable to common range brands with our 115gr 9mm, and called the premium "cheap insurance" for indoor and ported-pistol shooters.
Who makes it
EcoBullet is a veteran-owned company from Chattanooga, Tennessee. The rounds are loaded in the USA in recycled brass cases, which you can reload. EcoBullet is carbon-neutral: the footprint of manufacturing and logistics is offset through verified carbon offset credits.

115 grain 9mm
I saw a couple reviews on YouTube and wanted to give an eco-friendly ammo a try. Ordered 10 boxes of 115 grain 9 mm on a Monday received it on Wednesday with free shipping. Shot 200 rounds with no issues whatsoever seems to be very good range ammo. Would like to try the 124 grain 9mm when they get it back in stock.
