How we ship

All ammunition ships via UPS or FedEx Ground only, packaged and marked in accordance with carrier rules and federal limited-quantity requirements for small-arms cartridges. Air shipping of ammunition is prohibited, which means we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. We ship within the contiguous 48 states.

Free shipping on orders over $199. Orders below that ship at the carrier-calculated ground rate shown at checkout. An adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery. Please make sure an eligible adult is available to sign.

Customers in the Chattanooga area can select free local delivery at checkout; we deliver in person and verify ID on handoff.

State restrictions

Three states require ammunition to ship to a licensed dealer rather than your door: California, New York, and Massachusetts. Four ship direct once your state card or permit is on file: Illinois (FOID), Connecticut, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Colorado ships direct, but state law requires the carrier to verify the recipient is 21 or older and collect a signature. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, or the city of Chicago. Orders to restricted destinations are held for compliance review and either routed through a licensed dealer of your choosing, completed after the required documentation is verified, or canceled and refunded in full. Order review

Every order goes through a compliance check before it leaves our bench. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order prior to shipment. If we cancel, you get 100% of your money back to the original payment method.

Returns: all ammunition sales are final

Due to federal and carrier regulations and product-safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of ammunition once it has shipped. Please do not ship ammunition back to us; unauthorized return shipments cannot be accepted.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us at info@ecobullet.us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Verified issues are resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund. Do not ship ammunition back to us. You are responsible for the safe, local disposal of any unusable rounds in accordance with your local regulations.

Transit times

Orders ship from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Ground transit typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Tennessee. Transit estimates are not guaranteed.
