1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of ammunition and related products from EcoBullet LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating in Chattanooga, Tennessee. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The version in effect on the date you place an order governs that order.

2. Eligibility and Buyer Certifications

Ammunition is a regulated product. By placing an order, you certify that all of the following are true:

• Age. You are at least 21 years of age. (Federal law requires 18+ for rifle ammunition and 21+ for handgun ammunition; because we sell both, we apply a single 21+ standard to all orders.)
• Not a prohibited person. You are not prohibited from purchasing, receiving, or possessing ammunition under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other federal, state, or local law.
• Destination legality. The purchase and possession of the ammunition you order is lawful at your shipping destination, and you, not EcoBullet, are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
• No unlawful transfer. You are purchasing for your own lawful use and will not transfer ammunition to any prohibited person or minor, or across state lines in violation of law.
• Accurate information. All information you provide at checkout is true, accurate, and complete.

3. State and Local Restrictions

Certain states impose additional conditions on ammunition sales, such as delivery only to a licensed dealer (FFL), possession of a state permit or card, or verification requirements. Orders to such jurisdictions are held pending verification, routed to a licensed dealer of your choosing where required, or cancelled and refunded in full if requirements cannot be met. We do not ship ammunition where delivery would be unlawful.

4. Order Acceptance and Review

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we ship. Every order is subject to compliance review before fulfillment. We may cancel and fully refund any order prior to shipment for any reason, including compliance concerns, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at time of order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Ammunition ships via ground carrier only (UPS or FedEx Ground) within the contiguous 48 states. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. An adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Transit times are estimates only.

7. Returns and Refunds: All Ammunition Sales Final

Due to federal and carrier regulations and product-safety considerations, all ammunition sales are final. We cannot accept returns of ammunition once shipped. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact info@ecobullet.us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos; verified issues are resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Product Use, Safety, and Compatibility

All EcoBullet ammunition is manufactured to SAAMI specifications. You are responsible for ensuring the ammunition is appropriate for your firearm, that your firearm is in safe operating condition, and that you follow all safety rules. Ammunition is inherently dangerous; you assume all risks associated with its use, handling, and storage. Store securely, away from heat and moisture and out of the reach of children and unauthorized persons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products and the site are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoBullet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoBullet and its members, officers, employees, suppliers, and fulfillment partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EcoBullet and its members, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or the certifications above, your violation of any law, or your use, storage, handling, or transfer of products purchased from us.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of EcoBullet LLC or its licensors. “EcoBullet” is a registered trademark of EcoBullet LLC. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee. You and EcoBullet each waive any right to a jury trial and agree claims may be brought only individually, not as a class action.

15. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and checkout policies, are the entire agreement between you and EcoBullet.
